CriSys Limited has implemented our Xpert software for more than 100 communities, and we have completed every implementation project on time and on budget for more than 35 years.

Project Management

We leverage our 35+ years of experience in implementing emergency response systems to ensure that your implementation and cut-over is smooth and seamless. Every implementation project has a project manager assigned, who stays in constant communication with all parties to ensure that the required components are in place, on time, for a seamless cut-over.

Data Services

Emergency response systems not only require a lot of data, they need that data to be complete, accurate and current. As part of every system implementation, CriSys Limited’s Data Team reviews your existing data, establishes links to your data sources so that we can automatically or semi-automatatically process updates, and then loads the current data into the system for you. In most cases, historical data from legacy systems can also be migrated into your new system as well.

Hardware and Installation

We offer complete systems support, including both software and hardware. We supply and install carefully-selected and thoroughly-tested high-grade commercial systems, as well as complete installation of them. Alternatively, we offer 100% Canadian hosting in a Tier III data centre.

Training and Commissioning

CriSys provides complete end-user training as part of every system implementation project. We also offer train-the-trainer programs, and we offer free refresher training sessions, both on a schedule and on request. When an installation is complete, our team goes through a complete, step-by-step commissioning of the entire system with (and any of your affected partners, such as your local telco).

24/7 Support

We use our own Xpert call-handling software to handle incoming service requests, making sure that any issue reported is assigned to the appropriate support resource as quickly as possible, and then to follow the entire process through to resolution, complete with automated email updates and status reports.

On-going Upgrades and Enhancements

CriSys Limited invests over $500,000 in R&D every year to ensure that your Xpert system is the most full-featured call-handling and response management system available. As part of the fixed-priced (COLA-adjusted) 24/7 annual service package, all clients get all upgrades, new features, bug fixes, and system enhancements at no extra cost.
